THE PROBLEM

Smallholder farmers face four connected challenges: limited access to affordable, quality inputs; limited access to reliable agronomic advice; limited access to fair, transparent markets; and limited access to financing, because they lack collateral or a formal credit history. Traditional lenders often cannot serve this market well, and farmers who are genuinely reliable are left without the capital to grow. Agroplum exists to close that gap.
